Just 100m away, at the end of our street, is this glorious beach. There are certainly moments, especially at this time of year as we warm into summer, I wonder why on earth we are leaving. This is not a question I ask in the dead of winter, after three weeks of single digit temperatures and driving rain.
But it is a beautiful place to live.
Yes, it is a beautiful place to live but you will be seeing so many other beautiful sunsets and beaches on your travels - how exciting is that?
ReplyDeleteOh and for your bus, have you heard of those casseroles that can be used on a stove top like a pot, in a microwave and in the oven? My friend Jean has one in her bus and it is amazing... I can't remember what they are called but can find out if you are interested. They save space of course because you don't need so many pots etc.
It is beautiful (I grew up close by) And there will be so many other places you will visit and love and so much ahead for you.
ReplyDeleteYou are leaving to discover other places just as beautiful and you can always return to visit this place whenever you feel like it.
ReplyDeleteIt is such an exciting new life you are starting I bet you can't wait.
